The opportunity to submit a summary (text only and in English) is open until July 1st 2026.

Presentations are selected based on the degree of innovative knowledge or experience from research and practice that is offered to the audience. A presentation about a plan for a research or project is less suitable.

After approval, you will be invited to complete your participation in the conference via registration and payment. After completion, your participation and presentation are guaranteed.

For contributors that are interested in upgrading their abstract and presentation to a journal publication, the conference has organized a special issue on Smart Energy Hubs for the journal Energy, Sustainability and Society. To qualify for this, the following is important:

  • Notify your interest in this by selecting the option for journal publication on the abstract submission form.
  • After the conference, the chair and scientific committee will decide if your contribution qualifies for the special issue and the chair will send you a personal invitation for this.
  • To publish in the special issue, publication fees apply by the journal. We are currently in the process of finding sponsors to provide a discount to invited publishers. The applicable publication costs will be explained in the invitation.
